BBQ Samplers

tried the Deluxe Sampler today. It was absolutely delicious. Chicken was moist, no dried out edges. The pulled pork was fabulous and the brisket was perfect. It had a beautiful, distinct smoke ring and melted in your mouth. My sides were mashed potatoes and mac 'n cheese. Both were great and I really enjoyed the spices sprinkled on top. I highly recommend Pork On A Fork!!

Award Winning Sweet & Mild Barbecue Sauce

FABULOUS flavor and it was prepared quickly. Love this place! Good variety, excellent flavor. Highly recommend.

Plate - No Bun

The pulled pork is delicious! Very moist and a great smoked taste, plus we love the sides, especially the waffle fries! I've also ordered a large amount for a school function and it was hot, and ready to go when I arrived for pick up.

Macaroni & Cheese

The Mac & Cheese is to die for! I order it with the smoked sausage. What a pair! I can't wait until we are back working in the office so that I can walk to Pork on a Fork for lunch again. Glad you are still smoking strong! :)

Plate - No Bun

We have been here many times. The food is great, the portions are right, the freshness is spot on and the people are wonderful and patient while you make up your mind! So much to choose from! It's clean, bright and boy, does it smell good!

Pulled Pork

I'm a Sooner born and Sooner bred and when I die, I'll be Sooner dead. Rah Oklahoma, OK U! These Cornhusker's, by far, produce the best pork and BBQ sauce I have ever tasted. I've been to some of the best BBQ joints in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas City, and Alabama. I mix two parts Sweet & Mild to one part Smokey & Tangy BBQ sauce. I still order sauce since leaving Phoenix back in 2013. Logan MMI

Babyback Ribs

My sexy bearded lover and I tried Pork on a Fork for the first time the other day. Everything we ordered was stellar, but to me, the baby back ribs were so extra I couldn't even stand myself. Picked up the food, went home and got settled. When we opened the tinfoil, we could hear trumpets playing. It was like the sun came out just for this special moment. The ribs were beautiful, steamy and exactly what you pictured matching that heavenly smell on the ride home. I moved the ribs a bit and the meat started falling off the bone, HELLO TENDER! Sometimes when you get food this good you just want to hover over it and call it your precious. Needless to say the baby back ribs were not only life changing, but they gave me that reminiscent feeling of being home as a child and of the family cook outs we use to have. Well done done Pork on a Fork, well done.

Amazing!! The meat is tender and flavorful! The ribs are melt in your mouth delicious! They have plenty of mouth watering sides to compliment the main dish! Its very reasonably priced too!! We love this place!
